paired with Yard’s Pale Ale 4.6% crisp, hoppy and bursting with citrus

Second Course: Grilled Cobia – lemon grass broth / mung beans / mint / charred onions / bok choy

Dessert Course:  Citrus mosaic / matcha sponge cake / citrus salad / malted semifreddo / mint sauce / ginger lemongrass sorbet
