Meat & Potatoes hosted the legendary Green Flash Brewing Company on January 20th for a five-course beer dinner. Created by Chef de Cuisine James Ciminillo and Pastry Chef Kayla Derbish, the meal featured five M&P original dishes with some of the best brews from Green Flash. Guests also got a surprise starter – crispy fried chicken skins – to get the meal started off right!

Here’s a look at the menu-
First course: Sweet Potato Soup with scallop, crispy pancetta, grilled sweet potato and sesame cracker. Paired with Le Freak, 9.2%
Second course: Pork Belly with oyster, sea island red pea gravy, braised leeks, hot sauce and watercress. Paired with West Coast IPA, 8.1%
Third course: Korean Fried Chicken Thigh with apple kim chi and pickled chilis. Paired with Dia de los Serranos, 8.8%
Fourth course: Strip Steak with smoked potatoes, caramelized onions, coffee butter and fried leeks. Paired with Cosmic Ristretto Baltic Porter with Espresso, 8.2%
Fifth course: Dark Chocolate Cake with mascarpone mousse, citrus, blood orange reduction, blood orange chips and mint sorbet. Paired with Tangerine Soul Stout IPA, 6.5%
