  • We accept event requests for full buyouts only. Due to the small nature of the restaurant we are unable to accommodate groups for partial buyouts or smaller parties nor requiring a buyout. The space accommodates groups up to 65.
  • Catering is available Wednesday-Sunday for groups of 15 or more. Groups below 15 are welcome to place a take-out order via our online ordering system during business hours.
  • Parties of 12 or less may make a reservation by contacting the restaurant directly, please do not submit an event form. If a reservation is not available, and your location is flexible, you may submit an event request for our sister restaurant Tako Torta by visiting takotorta.com

    • We are currently only offering full restaurant buyouts, 75 guest maximum
    • Regular reservations are available for groups up to 10 people by calling the restaurant directly at (412) 325-7007
    • Private Rib Room reservations are not available at this time

  • We are currently accepting requests for full restaurant buyouts only; the space accommodates a maximum of 75 people.
  • We are unable to book partial buyouts or just the second floor at this time
  • Regular reservations of 8 or less may contact the restaurant directly by calling 412-325-3465, please do not submit a request form.
  • All requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance, if within 60 days, we will be unable to accommodate your request at this time
  • Full buyouts are available during regular business hours only Tues-Sat 5pm-10pm. We do not serve brunch or lunch at this time.

Please review all information below:

*Event requests must be received a minimum of five days in advance*

  • We accept groups of all sizes Monday-Thursday for lunch and dinner.
  • Friday evening, Saturday all day and Sunday all day are limited to groups of 10 people or less. If your group is above 10 people, we will be unable to accommodate your request if it falls within the noted timeframe, without exception. Additionally, we are unable to book multiple spaces to accommodate larger groups. Requests submitted for more than ten people Friday-Sunday are not eligible for response.
  • Duckpin Bowling reservations are only available in conjunction with a lounge reservation, and that availability is limited to Monday-Thursday.
  • All event requests are for the Game Room lounge areas. Traditional tables are non-reservable and operate on a walk-in basis only
  • Please expect up to a 48-hour response time
  • All requests submitted after 4pm on Friday will be responded to by Tuesday of the following week.

  • We are currently accepting private event requests for groups above 12 people
  • Parties not requiring a private space, or parties below 12 may join us on a walk-in basis
  • Our private Room accommodates a maximum of 24 people
  • Full restaurant buyouts are available for groups up to 125
  • Catering is available Wednesday-Sunday for groups of 15 or more. Groups below 15 are welcome to place a take-out order via our online ordering system during business hours.

  • We are currently accepting event requests for full buyouts only, the space accommodates up to 100 people
  • Smaller groups may join us on a walk-in basis, reservable spaces are not available at this time. The submission of a request for will assume a request for a full buyout.
  • We offer catering Wednesday-Sunday! If interested in catering, please submit a form and indicate so in the event notes

Thank you for your interest in Rib Room. We are currently booking private events on WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS ONLY, for groups up to 16 people maximum. 

Please note, the space physically seats a maximum of 16 people and requests for groups above that number are not able to be accommodated. We are also not able to accommodate requests for Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays at this time.
