We have several options for private and semi-private events, please see below prior to submitting your request.

  • Our Second Floor Dining Room accommodates private groups up to 30, with a stellar view overlooking the first floor. Staircase access only.
  • The Outdoor Dining Railcar accommodates private groups up to 30 in our all-season structure located along 6th Street with a view of Heinz Hall
  • Full restaurant buyouts are available for groups up to 60
  • Parties of 12 or less may make a reservation by contacting the restaurant directly, please do not submit an event form.
  • Parties between 13 and 20 not requiring a private space should submit a request form indicating in “additional event details” that a fully private space is not required.
  • Catering is available Wednesday-Sunday for groups of 15 or more. All catering is prepared out of our sister restaurant, Tako Torta located in Bakery Square. You may still submit your catering request here. Please indicate catering in the "event notes" on your form.
  • Groups below 15 are welcome to place a take-out order via our online ordering system during business hours.

While we do our best to be prompt, due to the volume of requests at times, please expect up to a 72-hour response time for all event request responses.

All events must be submitted a minimum of five days in advance.

All requests submitted after 4pm on Friday will be responded to before or by, Tuesday of the following week.

  • We are currently offering full restaurant buyouts for groups up to 75, or, our private dining room is available on Wednesday or Sunday for groups of 16 people or less.
  • If you do not require a private space and have a group of ten or less, please call the restaurant directly at (412) 325-7007
  • While we do our best to be prompt, due to the volume of requests at times, please expect up to a 72-hour response time for all event request responses.

*Event requests must be received a minimum of five days in advance*

  • We accept groups of all sizes Monday-Thursday for lunch and dinner.
  • Friday evening, Saturday all day and Sunday all day are limited to groups of 10 people or less.
  • Requests submitted for groups of more than ten people Friday-Sunday are not eligible for response.
  • We are unable to book multiple spaces to accommodate larger groups Friday evening, Saturday all day and Sunday all day.
  • Duckpin Bowling reservations are only available in conjunction with a lounge reservation Monday-Thursday.
  • Duckpin bowling reservations are not available with a lounge reservation Friday-Sunday.
  • All event requests are for the Game Room lounge areas. Traditional tables are non-reservable and operate on a walk-in basis only.
  • All events must be submitted a minimum of five days in advance. While we do our best to be prompt, due to the volume of requests at times, please expect up to a 72-hour response time for all event request responses.

We will begin taking event requests in July 2023, for events happening in August-December 2023. Prior to that, private events or group dining for parties above 12 are not available. In the interim, feel free to complete an event request form, and we will send information once available.

Groups of 12 or less may contact the restaurant directly for regular reservations.

We offer group event bookings at many of our sister restaurants. Please follow the link HERE to submit a request for an alternate space.

  • We accept requests for full restaurant buyouts only, due to the small nature of the space
  • The restaurant accommodates groups up to 24 people
  • Event requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance

Thank you for your interest in täkō tôrtä!

  • We are currently accepting private event requests for groups above 12 people
  • Parties not requiring a private space, or parties below 12 may join us on a walk-in basis
  • Our private Room accommodates a maximum of 24 people
  • Full restaurant buyouts are available for groups up to 125
  • Catering is available Tuesday-Sunday for groups of 15 or more. Groups below 15 are welcome to place a take-out order via our online ordering system during business hours.

  • We are currently accepting event requests during the following time periods:
    • Wednesday-Friday 9:00am-11:00pm
    • Saturday-Sunday 4:00pm-11:00pm
  • We serve Brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 3:00pm, private events are unavailable during that time period
  • We also offer catering Wednesday-Sunday! If interested in catering, please submit a form and indicate so in the event notes.

We are pleased to offer private event bookings exclusively on Wednesday and Sunday. All submissions must be a minimum of three weeks prior to your event date. 

Thursday, Friday and Saturday reservations are available for parties of 6 or less and can be booked by calling the restaurant directly at 412-991-7900

Rib Room seats a maximum of 16 people and requests for groups above that number are not able to be accommodated.
