  • We accept event requests for full buyouts only. Due to the small nature of the restaurant we are unable to accommodate groups for partial buyouts or smaller parties nor requiring a buyout. The space accommodates groups up to 65.
  • Catering is available Wednesday-Sunday for groups of 15 or more. Groups below 15 are welcome to place a take-out order via our online ordering system during business hours.
  • Parties of 12 or less may make a reservation by contacting the restaurant directly, please do not submit an event form. If a reservation is not available, and your location is flexible, you may submit an event request for our sister restaurant Tako Torta by visiting takotorta.com

  • We are currently only offering full restaurant buyouts, 75 guest maximum

  • Regular reservations are available for groups up to 10 people by calling the restaurant directly at (412) 325-7007
  • If your guest count is above 10 and does not require a full buyout:

    We're happy to look into availability at Sally Ann's, Coop de Ville or tako torta. Please submit a request for any of those restaurants by selecting your alternate restaurant from the dropdown menu.

Thank you for your interest in Poulet Bleu!

  • We are currently accepting requests for full restaurant buyouts only; the space accommodates a maximum of 75 people.
  • We are unable to book partial buyouts or just the second floor at this time
  • Regular reservations of 8 or less may contact the restaurant directly by calling 412-325-3465, please do not submit a request form.
  • All requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance, if within 60 days, we will be unable to accommodate your request at this time
  • Full buyouts are available during regular business hours only Tues-Sat 5pm-10pm. We do not serve brunch or lunch at this time.

Thank you for your interest in Coop de Ville! Please read our event parameters below prior to submitting your request:

  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday are limited to groups of 10 people or less (we are unable to booking multiple spaces those days); please do not submit an event request for more than 10 people on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we will be unable to accommodate your request
  • We accept groups of all sizes Monday-Thursday for lunch and dinner. 
  • All event requests are for the game room lounge areas. Traditional dining tables in the main restaurant area are non-reservable and operate on a walk-in basis only (unless you are inquiring on a full restaurant buyout)
  • Bowling reservations are only available in conjunction with a lounge reservation Monday-Thursday, and not available Friday-Sunday.
  • event requests must be received a minimum of three days in advance of your event to be considered
  • Catering is available for pick-up or delivery on Monday through Thursday between 11:30am and 9:00pm (restrictions apply)
  • Catering is available for pick-up only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11:30am (restrictions apply)
  • Please allow up to 48 hours response time.

  • We accept requests for full restaurant buyouts only, due to the small nature of the space
  • The restaurant accommodates groups up to 24 people
  • Event requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance

  • We are currently accepting private event requests for groups above 12 people
  • Parties not requiring a private space, or parties below 12 may join us on a walk-in basis
  • Our private Room accommodates a maximum of 24 people
  • Full restaurant buyouts are available for groups up to 125
  • Catering is available Wednesday-Sunday for groups of 15 or more. Groups below 15 are welcome to place a take-out order via our online ordering system during business hours.

  • We are currently accepting event requests for full buyouts only, the space accommodates up to 100 people
  • Smaller groups may join us on a walk-in basis, reservable spaces are not available at this time. The submission of a request for will assume a request for a full buyout.
  • We offer catering Wednesday-Sunday! If interested in catering, please submit a form and indicate so in the event notes
